Product overview

Thick-film IGBT is a standard IGBT driver for all power IGBTs in the market which drives all IGBTs with VCE up to 1200V and 1700V. To make it reliable in harsh industrial environment,it adopts thick-film package. Equiped with pins interference design,it can connect all IGBTs of 17mm package flexibly by combining with the subpanel interference.The adaption of the drivers to the application has been improved by using pins to change several parameters and functions. It can drive different IGBTs by adjusting their gate resistance RG and "soft turn-off" resistor RGOFF-SC simply.By connecting subpanel PCB and IGBT,it can drive two IGBTs in half-bridge mode or indepedent mode.There is interlock function in half-bridge mode, and a dead time of TOP and BOT can be adjusted seperately.

The driver adopt a 15V level input,8V threshold ,making all the logic circuit work below 15V, and it can eliminate all kinds of input noise effectively.
Interal 350ns (adjustable) narrow pulse restrain circuit to eliminate radio frequency interference.
All information that is transmitted between input and output uses ferrite transformers, resulting in high dv/dt immunity(50 kV/μs) which has high anti-jamming ability.

Short turn-off function is provided to protect IGBT from damage by high voltage spike. In case of short circuit, it automatically increases the IGBT turn-off time and hence reduces the VCE voltage overshoot to improve the IGBT's reliability which make it can be used in higher DC voltage application.This also means an increase in final output power.

Integrated DC/DC power supply with high galvanic isolation(4 kV/1 minute) ensures that the user is protected from the high voltage (secondary side). The power supply for the driver may be the same as used in the control board(+15V) without the requirement of isolation.

PSHI 222W :driver for two-psck IGB, drives all 17mm package IGBTs with VCE up to 600V ,1200V and 1700B.
PSHI 222W :driver for several two-pack IGBT paralleling application. The output charge be increaseed by the external capacitor connected in parallel and be determined by value of external capacitor.
PSHI 261W :driver for six-pack IGBT.
PSHI 232W is a type foolproof triple electrical level drive. It embodies two 15V signal level input devices and one fault signal output device which process the internal integrated drive signal logic and the timing sequence of the shut -off for faults. The timing sequence can be adjusted through the external resistor, which makes it simple and convenient to operate.
